1:00 - 1:50 Curiosity Fuels a Growth Mindset 

    • Main concept is how the concept of curiosity aligns with the philosophy of the growth mindset and is drawn from two research studies: Carol Dweck’s book called Mindset and The Five Dimensions of Curiosity. This is an interactive session where participants can look inward to learn more about their own perspective to help facilitate professional and personal growth.
    • Presentation by Lola Isom, Human Resources Manager for the City of Celina

    • A presentation by Chanda Carpenter, Director of Content Research and Design for NIGP.
