Participants will explore key topics including Texas Statutory Enabling Authority; Competitive Bidding; Specification Development; Ethics and Liabilities; Contract Management; Internal Customer Service; Internal Controls; and Cooperative Purchasing.
Through guided discussion, practical examples, and interactive workshops, participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to navigate the public procurement environment while maintaining compliance, transparency, and accountability."
